Parking
- Parking Stickers-decals (either common area or driveway)
- In order to qualify for a parking sticker, each applicant must be prepared to demonstrate to the PPL Board of Directors, or its agents that at least one vehicle will be parked in the resident's garage at all times. Parking stickers may then be issued for additional vehicles.
- Two parking permits for the driveway are allowed. At least one vehicle must be parked in the garage.
- Parking permits are non-transferable and issued to specific vehicles per permit application.
- Three-Day Guest Parking Passes
- Guest Parking Passes are only for guest usage.
- All PPL units have been issued two (2) numbered guest parking passes that allow guests to park in the common areas.
- The parking passes are to be hung from the rear-view mirror so that the property watch officer can see the identifying number.
- Guest parking passes may be used for three (3) days per vehicle, within a fifteen day period; from the first day the vehicle displays the tag.
- Inspections: The HOA has been inspecting garages and vehicles since June 2022, and have issued over 25+ new permits since then, ensuring all that vehicles, email photo's match the permit application(s) as per the rules and regulations, and to remind the homeowners and tenants of the parking rules and regulations.
- In order to issue any new permits all vehicles need to be onsite during the time of your inspection.
- Because the parking is so limited and until until we get a daytime security officer to perform this duty , a board member is going to homes prior to issuing any new permits. Verification of space and operational vehicle(s) inside the garage is needed first.
- Please kindly confirm what dates and times will work for you to inspect the inside of the Garage with a contact name and number to coordinate the inspection.
