Las Gaviotas has a reputation for being one of the nicest resort communities in Baja. In order to maintain the high standards there are some rules and regulations that all must follow. Please keep in mind that the rules are enforced, and fines ($25-$200) are given when the rules are broken.
Cars must display some form of entry permit on the front windshield of the car at all times.
No motorhomes, campers, trailers, or buses are allowed in the complex. (Parking is available outside the complex).
No fireworks.
No glass containers or other breakable items may be carried around the complex or in the recreational areas.
No food in the pool area.
No pets.
No children are allowed in the Jacuzzi (spa) and no diapered children are allowed in the pool.
No smoking in the house (One of our children has asthma).
Maximum of 10 people in this five bedroom home.
Maximum of 2 cars per house. The garage is kept locked and unavailable to renters.
Music and TVs must be kept at a low volume from 10pm to 8am and at volumes not to disturb neighbors at other times. |
